Your first task in this process will be to create the shell document for the final project Key Assignment document deliverable that you will be working on throughout the assignments. As you proceed through each of the coming weeks, you will add content to each section of the final document to progressively complete the final project delivery, which is the Software Development Project process and plan. This will simulate the iterative nature of a project as we move through all the project processes such as Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitor and Control and Closure and the Project Knowledge areas which include Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resources, Risk, Communication, Procurement and Stakeholder Management.
