3.Why did you choose this topic?I chose this topic as it is very important when it comes to respiratory care. We need to be able to identify triggering factors that is affecting airway or breathing. One of the biggest trigger that is compromising breathing are psychological or strong emotions that the person is exhibiting. They are in such emotional distress that they often forget the ability to breath and quality of their breathing pattern.

4.In a short paragraph, summarize the article.This article explored the emotional factors such as anxiety and depression among patients who has chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) that are remarkably common among this population.
